Commitment to Our Associates - Our associates and their supportive families are our most precious and valuable resource. We feel that our people posses an endless ever refreshing wealth of untapped powers of ; innovation, imagination, job skill sets, education, unique personal and career background experiences, and, a genuine desire to make a lasting impact when they are provided with a sincere opportunity to excel. We encourage teamwork, open communication, the personal donation of time, money, and gifting to those who are in need. We encourage and support employee education and personal growth as much as possible. We believe that constant employee growth and development enables all of us to realize our full potential. This will help to make Mustard Seed Ventures, Inc an industry leader and not just a follower. It all starts with well equip, well rounded employees.

Customer Service / Client Satisfaction - Customer service and client satisfaction is the primary focus of our business. We work very hard to satisfy our customers' at every point of our interaction with them. We anticipate and constantly try to meet and exceed their expectations. We believe that the word-of-mouth recommendations a happy customer is the best advertising campaign that we can ever have.

Entrepreneurial Spirit - We maintain a corporate culture that values originality, invention, and creativity, and that nurtures these qualities through openness, diligence, patience, and a reverence for the entrepreneurial spirit. We believe in stepping out of the box and making bold, but wise business decisions and not just following the crowd. We are very committed to the growth and empowerment of the small business person. We believe that the greatest business results very often emerge from the smallest of beginnings!

Excellence - We strive for the highest level of effectiveness and quality in all of our business decisions, internal and external communications, and our leadership appointments, while accepting corporate responsibility and accountability in all of our endeavors. We don't want to be just good at what we do. We desire to operate in excellence at every level of our business dealings both internally and externally.

Fair Reward, and Compensation – We believe in the fair rewarding and compensation of all of our associates, business partners, affiliates, and investors, in proportion to their individual contribution to our corporate success. From the very top to the very bottom of our organizational chart; no one person is more important than the other just because of the title that they may hold.

We do not believe in top heavy compensation structures where only executive level people are reaping the bulk of the financial and corporate benefits gain at the expense of those who are working hard for them under their authority.

Family Values, and Biblically-Based Business Empowering Wisdom Strategies – Mustard Seed Ventures, Inc is a for-profit business corporation, but; we do strongly believe in, encourage, and support the use of healthy and wise family value and biblically based business empowering wisdom concepts and strategies. We celebrate and acknowledge the Christmas and Easter religious holidays in a non-denominational manner. We encourage our associates, and business partners to be active contributors to the lives of their family members and their future generations.

Although our employees (associates), affiliates, business partners, and investors, are NOT Required to be a Christian believer, or of any other religious persuasion for that matter -- they must be comfortable working in, investing in, and excelling in a unique environment that openly uplifts, and encourages family values and non-denominational and non-affiliated biblically-based business empowering wisdom strategies. The very name of our company * Mustard Seed Ventures, Inc is derived from the book of Matthew; chapter 17 verse 20 of the holy bible.

Integrity – Integrity is an essential core part of any successful personal relationship. At Mustard Seed Ventures, Inc we believe that it's no different when it comes to having a successful and vibrant business relationship. Loyalty, honesty and establishing a pattern of trust are essential for long-term business success. We pledge to do our very best to operate at the highest level of integrity in all of our business relationships.

Investor Impact - We are committed to providing our investors with more than just a high return on their capital investment. Although, a great ROI is very important to every business, we constantly seek to create an investment opportunity that will transcend the experience of just investing capital into a company and watching it grow; but, (instead) partnering with a vibrant organization that is full of like- minded investors who are uniquely dedicated to making a lasting impact that that will bless generations to come. We believe in sowing seeds of blessing in all areas, and in many directions; and not just in the financial arena. Our investors must be able to bring the full range of their personal, and professional talents and gifting, to the table and not just come to our organization with a hand full of money, expecting only a quick personal gain. Our investors are in it for the long-term!

Networking – We believe very strongly in the many benefits of personal, professional, and, business-to-business(B2B) networking. We especially believe in the synergy that takes place when the small business people of our communities work together to create a mighty and lasting impact in our national economy. Our corporation welcomes the opportunity to network with and take part in the growth and development of all types of business enterprises. This statement however excludes companies that take part in the industries whose primary interests are in the; alcohol, tobacco, firearms, violence promotion, adult entertainment, child exploitation, and gambling industries.

Supporting Our Communities - We recognize and enthusiastically accept our responsibility to the communities in which we live in, and in which we serve; through acting as a good neighbor and through our hands-on involvement, and our financial support for community activities, supporting worthwhile charitable causes, and co-sponsoring youth empowerment events. We strongly support feeding, distress help ministry organizations, and community empowering non-profit organizations whose mission is dedicated solely to helping those who are in need. Our corporation currently supports twenty charity organizations on an ongoing bases. We are very friendly towards all church and non-profit humanitarian charity organizations.
